Ianto wasn't expecting Jack to turn back to him so immediately after he'd finished talking to a (very pretty) woman who had complimented him on his coat, and Ianto blinks under the heat of Jack's gaze. There was always something striking about having Jack Harkness's attention, like being caught in a beautiful, shining light. Like always it made Ianto's heart skip a beat, and he had to swallow past the palpitations.

"Oh, em, there might be?" Ianto fumbled to reply. "Do you want me to go look?"
