She bristled when he compared her to a maniac, her tail twitching and thumping at the ground in agitation. But as offended as she was by the remark, she was also soothed by the idea that even if her Darling wasn't there now, there was the chance he could be soon. She only hoped that he arrived quickly, before he could fall for Mero's charms or Centorea's simple loyalty, or any of the other girls and their deceitful wiles. He needed to marry her, and the only way that could happen was if they were together.

She was even willing to concede that it didn't need to be in Japan.
