Sabine refrained from observing that if Hawk went after the spirits, it would put Sabine in a very awkward and potentially dangerous-to-Hawk position. It wouldn't help, and she was capable of a surprising amount of tact when it was necessary. Instead, she nodded and said an entirely genuine and polite, "Thank you. I'll make information and pacification my top priorities."
